Mikaela Poulymenopoulou is a Scientific Officer at the European Research Council Executive Agency (ERCEA) in the Computer Science and Informatics panel (PE6) of the Physical Sciences and Engineering Unit. She works mainly on the support of the evaluation and selection processes of research proposals and the follow-up of the implementation of ERC funded projects. Before joining the ERCEA, she worked as scientific officer in the Joint Research Centre of European Commission. Mikaela has also worked as an adjunct lecturer and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Piraeus in Greece. She holds a BSc in Informatics and a PhD in Health Informatics from the same university.
